Need A Couple Of Small Items

Looking for the following:

1) Cap for windshield washer fluid reservoir. I have the bottle and hose.

2) Trans dust/inspection cover.

3) The top/cap portion of the pass. side kick panel. The part that fits over the kick panel that houses the ECM.

4) That small rubber cap that snugs the drivers side window to the weather-stripping. The metal portion is there, but I bumped it a few months ago and loosened the rubber cover. It fell off on I-95 a few weeks ago and I'm sure a possum has it stuck in it's lower intestine by now...
