Mobile app not working!! Help

I deleted my turbo buick app on my iPhone just to reload it, because of it acting up freezing up and just stopping and then turning off, So I tried to download the app again and it wouldn't let me it says "the item you are trying to buy is no longer available"
Now when I search for the app it says "there are no results for turbo buick" IS THIS AN IPHONE issue or other phones also or just my iPhone...any help is appreciated
