metal emblems

how hard would it be to make a set of metal 3.8 sfi turbocharged, power 6 , t type emblems?

Not hard at all..I used to sell stainless steel mirror finish metal decals and license plates for cars..
Just find a company that make custom emblems and see if they can make one for you.
You will probably have to send them your original emblem.
Check with Turbo regal custom parts a vender here on the board and see if
he can have them made for you...hth
