How do I get the power wire to the outside of the trans. All of the terminals of the case connector are being used.

I'm guessing you have a four conductor case connector.

On his stage 3 trans I believe he drilled and tapped a fitting and put the wire through it and sealed it up

One way around it would be to move the 4th gear pressure switch to the external tap on the passenger side of the case and use that wire for the Transbrake, assuming the connector can handle the current requirements of the brake solenoid. Never done it but it should work.

I used a 90 degree 1/8 " pipe thread fitting as Boost 231 suggested and filled it with silicone. I liked the suggestion to move the pressure switch to the 4th gear tap but didn't want to alter the factory harness. To reverse in the future, remove fitting and screw in a 1/8" plug.

Before I ran it through the factory connector, I'd ask the manufacturer of the brake if the OE connector can handle the load reliably. It may not be an issue but its worth asking.
