Local tranny shop to build TH400

I'm going to switch to a TH400 in my GN and am planning to buy a TH400 and need a fair priced shop around here to beef it up a little. Are there any good shops around here?

I second Dave Splett. He will do a GREAT job for you. He's probably the ONLY honest tranny guy in the area. I could tell you HORROR stories about some of the other local shops. Let's just say...........Talk with Dave.

Hey FattyMcTrickle I dont know if you are still looking to do a Th400, But I had one built by Len Freeman of Performance Transmission of Las Vegas; that im am trying to sell. It has a all the parts for a 1000 hp tranny, with trans brake and manual valve body. It has a chevy bell housing but that can be switched, It has 0 miles and never been installed just sitting in the garge. Just throwing up an offer if you didnt want to go and find a tranny guy to build one.
