Hmmm, Billy Glidden still doing everything in his power to beat a Turbo V6 ever since Tom Lorek beat his ASS at the Grapple at Gateway in St. Louis back in 1991.

Congrats to the Gallina/Freeman crew for making it into the field and running so well on 10.5's!!! Awesome to see them out there representing for all of us Turbo Buick V6 fans.

Len called this am,said they are getting 1.07 60fts on 10.5s!!

Wonder what 60' Glidden is putting down:eek: If he is over .4 quicker in the 1/4 and only 3MPH faster , then his short times have got to be unreal!!! Maybe someone will come up with that?? Great job Lenny and best of luck!!
Mike:cool:

His 60's dip under 1.00 secs. Hes also using a pro stock chassis.

Bad News

After a string of 6.98 @ 200-202 passes we are going to have to load the car up and go home. Small mechanical failure that can't be fixed at the track. This was the first event we have been able to back to back the six second and 200+ pass.
Len was driving his ass off and we were looking to go some rounds and take home some of the prize money. Good news is we got some video of the runs and will post up asap. Hope to get it back together in time to test and make it to BG next year. Hope the weather is better than this year was. Thanks for all the support from the Buick Community, I hope we made you proud, beat up a quite a few V8's with our little 6 banger this year and hopefully we can come back and do it again next year.

That's a shame.
