Wait, stop. You gotta through some paint on that frame and those inner fenders before you put all that shiny powder coated goodness in that engine compartment! A little Dawn dish soap and Scotch-Brite, some elbow grease, rinse with the hose, let it sit a day or 2 and spray away. You wouldn't believe the difference. I did mine sitting in the compartment on the engine cradle.

Well it's getting alot closer to being done. My neighbor and I put in a lot of work today. We work on putting some of the assessories on the engine and also cleaning up the engine bay we have a full day ahead of us tomorrow!!!!!


The oil filter you see in the picture is only for initial breaking after that I will be running a Wix oil filter

Here is waht happened today. With my neighbor and ReggieWest!!!!! Reggie got here about 8 this morning and we were at a full-blown nonstop until about 20 minutes ago Pacific Time which is 3:57 p.m. I was thinking that we were just going to add a few more things on to the motor but Reggie had a other plans in n mind.

Didn't get chance to finish all of the painting, but I will adapt and overcome only have the front part to do. The firewall and stuff done.

Yes it does put a big smile on my FACE…. It's has been a very long road with this car.
