Just thinking here:
Is there any low buck method to increase rocker ratio without extensive machine work? Maybe rockers from another vehicle that has a higher ratio that can be bolted on?
what do you consider low buck? cheapest way is buying scorpion rockers.. nothing else bolts up.... rockers are probably one of the last pieces of the puzzle.
Buying a bigger flat tappet cam and installing is even cheaper than rockers.
