How to turn fan on high!!!!

Trying to figure out how to turn the fan on high please help.

Run a wire across the resistor and bypass that gizmo. That thing (white ceramic thing on the lower shroud of fan) just reduces the power to make the fan low. Use a BIG wire.

Just need a few inches of it.
Now you have either fan on high, or no fan at all. No more "low" setting.

Just unhook the wires from one end, and hook them up to the other end, and throw away the resistor. It saves weight!
