How to remove turbobuick.com banner from screen???

Just wandering how to remove the black banner from each of the forums. It blocks links and some forums. It is near the top half of each forum ( the ones you can see). Thanks for any help!

what kind of monitor are you using, and what is the resolution set at?
i used to have problems like that when i had my trusty old 17" CRT monitor, but it went away after i grabbed this 19" widescreen monitor out of the dumpster at work about a year and a half ago.

I have a Toshiba satellite, laptop. Not sure how to check the resolution. This is very annoying! Did not have this problem with the old board.

Sorry i do not know how to do a screen cap, nor do I know what browser I have. I not to good on tech on computers.:redface:
