how to lock up my torque converter????

where do i make my connection on my obd to lock up my torque converter off of a toggle switch. I also need to know how to turn on my fan automatically by a toggle switch that grounds out on the one of the obd connections. thank you for your help

To lock the converter you tie "A" to "F" on the ALDL connector. There is no connnection for the fan on the ALDL
