How much voltage at ALDL Terminal "F"

Hey guys,
I'm about ready to install my new TurboTweak chip
But I seem to have developed a problem with my TCC lockup switch....it just won't lock the TCC! I've re-wired the switch, replaced the switch itself but I need to know if/how much voltage I should see at Terminal "F" on my voltmeter with the car running?

I'd like to get this fixed before I go and install the new chip.

Any ideas?

+12 unlocked.

Ground locked.

Depends on ECM and switch position.

Check the brake switch also if you don't see +12.

Brake switch seems to be working, because when the ECM locks the TCC, and I hit the brakes it unlocks just fine.

I'll check the voltage tonight before I put my new TurboTweak chip in

I checked the terminal F voltage it this afternoon, and I seem to be getting an erratic reading between 9.5v-16.8v unlocked, in drive. Didn't have a chance to check the brake switch yet, probably on Saturday.

But the TurboTweak chip kicks ass! Power is up everywhere, no KR at all, smoother idle, no miss at cold startup and no tip-in stumble. Feels like a completely different car!
