How likely is it for a 200-4R to be the cause of a vibration problem?

I thought of a cool test. Take out the center console or apart enough to fit something down and touch the trans. Use this tool to feel for the vibration of the trans case while at the speed of the vibe. If trans feels free of vibe then prob not the source.

I kinda think if it shakes the whole car and its coming from the drive line the trans would be shaking worse than anything else if no other reason than it's closer to the source and mounted in rubber.
