High idle

I installed a thrasher 92 chip and an Adj. fuel regulator. The fuel gauge I purchased was not reading fuel pressure and because of that I had to guess on what I was setting it at. Also, after driving for about 5-7 miles and putting 100 octane in the tank, I stopped the car and put it in park. Thats when the idle shot up to 2000! I let it sit there to see if it went back down and it did not. When I drove home and stopped in the garage it did it again. Anyone know why this could have happend?

We need some numbers. You need to set the fuel pres. to the recomended chip setting. What is the TPS, IAC etc. numbers. Do you have a scan tool? Scanmaster, Direct Scan etc.
