my dash light fuse keeps blowing out . any ideas were to start looking for problems

check the gray wire in the console by the shifter
pull the plate and look for a pinched wire
other wise check other gray (ullumination) wires to radio and heater controls , on alast was the gauge panel removed , it may have a folded over copper printed citcuit tab at the connector on the backside of the cluster
