I have heard people say you can make up to 75 more H.P. by using meth why and how is that? because you can up the boost or because it produces more power over pump gas? I am not sure what they mean...are the saying that for an example I run 91 with alky and I am using denatured alcohol,that if I just switched to meth that my car would produce more power?????thanks for clearing this up..

Guess your question should have been how more power switching from denatured to methanol?
Methanol will allow more boost and timing.. but that is if your squeezing your motor to a point where it needs that additional octane.
Example.. you run 20 PSI boost on a stock motor.. both will make the same power. Now lets say your trying to run 35 PSI boost.. then you'll see the difference.
