Help identify these chips

My car came with two chips...the one that was in the car has a white sticker between the pins that reads "86-87 str lthl" (street lethal?) and the other has "BBKJ 9464" printed on the square silver sticker opposite the pins (stock?).

My recollection is that the first chip is from Eastern Performance and you're correct it's a street lethal chip. It has lots of timing and boost so high octane fuel is required. The 2nd chip is an emissions recall chip for 87's which superceded the ACXA chip they came with from the factory.
