HELP car wont start!

Car has been sitting for a few months. I changed the battery, the engine is turning but it does not catch. I removed a spark plug, there is a spark. I siphoned out a few gallons of the gas, and it looks normal to be honest.
Any advice where to go from here?

Does it have any anti thief devises? Is the fuel pump coming on when you turn the key on?What chip is in it?

Reaper, I got it, I went to check what chip I had, and remembered that I never plugged anything in to the battery for the ecm, found the hidden orange wire and bam, it started.
Thanks for the help, didnt sleep an entire night ago over this, feels good to hear the engine start.
