Hd wastegate slower spool-up te60

Installed hd wastegate spool-up on take off is little slower than stock wastegate. Any suggestions on getting the hd to spool-up
quicker.:D
 
I would think that the only way that could happen would be if the puck isn't sealing well against the exhaust housing. That could happen if the HD ACTUATOR was too loose.

Maybe if your "base" setting (boost level with NO solenoid) is lower than before it might cause it because the puck is getting pushed off of the housing easier.

Other than timing changes, I think that the normal quick spool code just runs the solenoid at 100% below the point (rpm,etc) where boost might exceed a safe level. That way there is less pressure on the actuator and the puck doesn't crack open a little bit and let some exhaust bypass the turbine.

The Grainger valve setups do the same thing by keeping pressure from the actuator until some set level of boost.
