gu6 8.5" diff

Hello new to the regals.. kinda don't feel like measuring my axle, if i have a 87 t type regal with a stock diff what is the diameter of the axle for it? ordered a UMI pro touring sway bar kit and they need that information to send that out to me and I'm on here often and theres an ungodly amount of regal addicts in here so someones bound to know thought id giver a shot, thanks!

Axle tube is 2.75" if that's what you are needing to know.

Yeah I was told I need the diameter for whatever reason.. axle tube meaning the diameter not the circumference correct?

That bar bolts to the axle tube. They need to know so you get the correct brackets.

I put the UMI drag bar on my Malibu around thanksgiving. It was very easy to install. The toughest part was drilling the holes in the crossmember. I had s sharp bit, just in an awkward position. Have not been back to the track yet, but it made a noticeable difference on the street.
