Is it completely plug and play?

Yeah for a grand it could atleast be soildered.

Yup, soldered and then heat shrink the connections.
The only way to guarantee it's gonna stay together.

The kit is not nearly complete.....it is missing the bezel...the applique to name a few items including the sending units....take a look at this incomplete GNX dash and you can see the differences.

That setup is ugly, the gauges look like cheap ass autometers that you can get at AZ or any parts store.

The wiring is poorly done and it looks like a total investment of about 3/400 bucks total to me.

To much money for the well educated person to shell out for such an amateur attempt.
