GNX cluster VDO and slic

GNX cluster all there all works it has VDO and auto meter gauges it comes with the oil sending unit and has the water temp sending unit, has a boost line for gauge I'm including an extra cluster face plate cause the one has a crack in the plastic, it has some scratches on the bottom but when cluster face is on u can't see those scratches or cover them with black paint, included with cluster is a speedo cable.....to make this speedo work I have a number for a guy that makes speedo cables what U will need and it costs $40, its the top half of the cable made to screw on the back of the VDO speedo gauge this $40 cable connects to the bottom cable that goes to Trans....BUT there is no VSS with this setup to have a Vehicle speed sensor it will cost another $150.....BUT I could be wrong when I write this...vss controls torque converter lockup so if u have a non lockup Trans u don't need the vss, if I'm wrong on this someone chime in thanks....$750 shipped


Also a Garrett air research stretched stock location intercooler comes with brackets to mount comes with up pipe either drilled for alky or a non drilled up pipe it comes with rubber couplers and hose clamps great condition just don't have the shroud for this intercooler...$350 shipped

Yea I can do that. I had a local guy call me last nite about the cooler before I seen ur post if he don't come by today I can get it ready for u I have two up pipes I'll throw in one take a pick aluminum or steel pipe drilled for alky...one pic shows a little dent that doesn't effect performance cause it's not a hole it's just a little dent...probably from mishandling but is a great cooler....I'll let u know and u do the same..thanks

Does the speed needle need to be calibrated for the grand national or no?

The stock 2part speedo cable will not work on the speedo gauge....a speedo company in Milwaukee wi can make the cable it is $40 all u do is brake the two part cable order this cable from him attach the new cable"top cable" to the lower cable "to Trans cable" for the speedo to work...this cluster does not have a vss and I think vss controls the converter lock up...so if u have a lockup converter it won't work....unless u buy the complete cable with the vss from guy in wi, and that's 200$ I think that's what the vss does not 100% sure I have a cable that goes with the cluster..hope this info helps thanks
