I'm going to paint it, so it doesnt have to be great paint. Want a whole bumper, but if the prices is right, I'd take the shell

So i purchased an aluminum reinforcement and it came with a GN outer shell. My current bumper is with the steel reinforcement. I could take the steel reinforcement off of mine and put it on the outer shell that came with the aluminum reinforcement that I bought. That would be a whole front bumper for you. But I'm in Chicago and shipping would be brutal. Is that something you want would be willing to pay for? Just want to know if I should go through the work to get it assembled and get a shipping quote.
