I have an Accufab Billet adustable fuel regulator, 3 years old or so. I just installed a new Walboro 340 tonight, and turned the key to on, fuel pump running. Go to crank it, and gas is vigorously spewing out of the regulator, where the top meets the bottom part , and a gasket is there. I this thing trashed, buy a new one ?

Thank you in advance,
Tom

Try to tighten the screws, if it still leaks take it apart and put a new gasket on it.

If it still leaks tap on it with a screwdriver or something.

And if it still leaks take it off and put it in the d#$% garbage and buy another one! ;)

I have a set of Torx , but on the regulator, the screw has like a "pin" in the middle of the torx pattern. Maybe Sears can hook me up. I will try what you both suggested. Thanks !!

9 times out of 10 it is the O-Ring that is leaking and not the diaphram. Take it off the rail and preplace the o ring they cut very easy and the fuel looks like it is coming from that spot
