Fuel pump problem

hotwire kit installed. Checked all realays and they check fine. The green and white wire that comes from the ecm to the fuel pump relay under the hood, has power when i turn the key to run but power goes away about 2 seconds later. Any help? Could ecm be bad?

That sounds correct. Key on and engine off the fuel pump shouldn't keep running. The car should start and run. That really is just triggering the relay in the back now that you've replaced hot wire. Old hot wire now triggers relay for new hot wire
