I suspect my return line is clogged. .I installed Walboro 255 new fuel pump and new fuel pressure regulator...Still can't keep pressure below 90 psi..Have good flow to rail..I blew through the return side and I'm meeting resistance...Any thoughts?? Thanks

I don't know in what direction you tried, but you could try a couple different locations to see if you can isolate the problem. Disconnect from bottom of regulator and also where the return fitting just meets the frame and also small rubber hose that goes to the tank. Look for kinks also.

I would like to clarify and make sure that understand. The fuel line that screws into the bottom of the fuel regulator is my feed line. The line on the passenger side is my return. Forgive me with these questions. I'm still new to the game. Thanks

The line from the regulator is the return....the bigger line on the pass side is the feed.....

Did you have this problem before pump install? Sounds like line is kinked or collapsed at tank .
