I found me a GN and the owner said he would get back to me on a price. Can somebody please run the VIN # for me and tell em what comes up? I don't want it to be a clone, or wrecked.

Can't help you with the VIN and Carfax but if you make a new post with the Title Carfax help needed and then post the information you might get help quicker.

Good luck, seems like a later build car which could be nice. :)

ive got a 67 lark that went for nearly 20 years at 4 miles a year, ive got the inspection stubs, cars got 17k miles on it now.
 
Just assume 133K to be safe. :)

You should be able to tell with a close inspection.

Find out also if the timing chain has been replaced it is about that time for that car.

Subtract another $400-$500 if it hasn't been replaced.

Im close to Vinton, VA and saw a 87 around that you would prolly like some info on (there arent that many GNs around here). Email me so we can compare notes and if its the same car I have seen it in person and up close.
