Engine shuts off!

Under boost around 12# engine just shuts down. Shift to neutral, no start, park, no start. Seems like I have to turn off ignition and on again to restart. Something stupid and simple I am sure. Suggestions please. Thanks

Still have this problem, from rolling cruise bring rpm up, when boost hits approx 12,engine just shuts off. Will not restart until turning off ignition. Also the BL # hovers from 110 -117. Tried to drop fuel pressure but down to approx 38 now. 50 # injectors, TT chip, TE-60, front mount. Help

Changed the plugs today to eliminate any concern,here are some #'s

Maybe you have a bad ground somewhere.
