Getting car painted. My trunk emblem is not on the car. I need to tell them where to place it. How far is it from the left edge of the trunk lid?

What's the best adhesive to use when reusing old emblems?

I used "3M Automotive Acrylic Plus Attachment Tape", Part #06384 in black. There are likely some different widths. The one mentioned is 1/2" wide. Hope that helps.
