electrical help please!!!

I am having issues with the TR. WIth the lights off even with the ignition off if I step on the brake the turnsigal/parking lights come on as well. In addition to the dash interior lights as if I turned on the headlights.

Also,

Left turnsignal does work but no light indicator
Right Turnsignal does not work.. When the relay kicks on to start to light the signal it draws voltage from the fuel gauge and makes it "pulse" as the signal comes on.

Any insight on where to look or if someone has seen this..
