Ok, I had the Egr tower milled and welded shut, put the aluminum engraved block off plate on just for looks and after thinking I had a bad plenum leak I realized the fluid was blowing up and not down the plenum when I would spray it. Then I felt the back of the egr blockoff and bigger than $hit, it's totally blowing up at the plenum.
What the heck, are there other ports that bleed into the towers port that go to the Egr?? I was under the impression that the tower was the only thing that was feeding the Egr.
And the block off plate killed the gasket up top so I had to Permatex it this time around, that lower bolt doesn't really keep it flat.
