Egr tower

Just milled out my egr tower in plenum and intake, what do I do with the vacuum lines, wiring harness, valve. Do I just unplug the harness and pull vacuum lines out?

If your chip has egr unplug code ignore then yeah you can unplug it. Becareful with removing vacum lines as the one on the IC cars feeds the vac ball, cruise and HVAC

My chip doesn't have it, so leave it alone? Will it affect the way my car runs by milling it out and and leaving all erg intack

Itll increase plenum volume but IMO you wont be able to tell anything by just milling that out
