EGR Delete: Cap or not to Cap

So I recently installed the TurboTweak chip which eliminates the need for the EGR. What I can't definitively determine is what to do with the associated vacuum lines. (The EGR has been pulled and blocked already.)

Right now I simply have a "jumper" vacuum line which links the vacuum block line to the "T" at the firewall.

I searched the forums, and the best bit of info I could find is to cap the line if there is A/C and/or cruise control, which I do.

Just want confirmation (or an explanation) to make sure the line should be plugged as opposed to jumped to the "T" at the firewall.

Thanks

thats all you need to do so that you still have vac for the HVAC system and cruise

One more quick question regarding the EGR delete...

I also unplugged the associated control module (seen here), and wrapped up the wiring harness.

I presume since the TT chip eliminates the need for the valve it would be okay to leave out the module as well.

Does this sound about right? Just want to make sure.
