Easiest way to mount turbo and turbo drain line?

Finally after 2 years of working on this car on the weekends, it runs! Guess what, I have a woderful puddle of expensive Mobil One oil on my drive way. Apparently the oil drain back from the turbo was not in correctly. What is the easiest way to mount turbo and drain line back on the engine??? My grommet looks and feels bad, where is the best place to buy a drain back grommet?

The last grommets I bought were from the Buick dealer parts counter. Make sure the end of the drain pipe is as round as possible [mine had a point that would catch on the grommet]. When installing the turbo you must make sure the drain pipe is in the grommet before bolting it down. If you have to, cut a hole in the mounting bracket so you can see if the drain pipe is properly installed.

I use a little petrolem jelly on the tube and the rubber grommet.
