It has a relay. There is a fuse for the relays.

I'll assume you mean the radiator cooling fan.If so,it's powered through a fuseable link from the starter solenoid.If you're installing a custom fan of some type then you can ignore 2nd sentence.Good luck

The 30 amp PWR BRK slot on the fuse block gets a fuse. This fuse feeds the power master and the fan delay relay. It is hot at all times (not ignition switched).
