Lucas 80W-90 here also , no posi additive needed .

Depends on the diff.
Eaton says 80/90 with as little additive as possible.
Clutch units like the orig, 80/90 w/ the additive.

Chuck , the Lucas 80w-90 I use , says for use in limited slip dif's . I had the car out today and got a very slight chatter when turning full lock from a parking spot , other than that it's all quiet , accept for the sound of both tires breaking loose !!

Must be a clutch style. No chatter w/ the Eaton, as it's a gear set up..

Thanks guys for all the input. I dont know what the previous owner used in mines. What are your thoughts on mobil 75w90? My buddy just bought his Gn last week and the guy he bought his from said he uses 75w90 in it.

Additives are to help lessen chattering while making turns. Basically it makes the clutch packs slip more. Too much and you'll have a peg leg
