You're kidding, right?
Those pretty much went out with high buckle shoes.

Mike Dobbins in Seattle, I believe @ user name M233roller on this forum.
Mike rebuilds / reconditions them with new paint, rubber, & SS bolts, washers, & nuts.
Brian @ GBodyParts (supporting TB.Com vendor / supplier) might have some.
Glen at NOS4GN might have some, & lastly, you might want to consider posting under"Parts Wanted" section.

If you have the brackets, you can fix the rubber section by picking up a hanger kit from Pepboys and using the rubber section from it. Just drill out the old fasteners (fun to do since they like to spin...but you'll figure it out), and bolt the new rubber into place once you figure out the right length to use...
Similar to selecting and installing the right size for bolt on boobies...
