Although I didn't talk to him directly when my mechanic had questions installing my COP he stayed on the phone with him until everything was hooked up properly. He also let us call him on Sunday night when we could not get the car started. He is a gentlemen and a scholar! Hoping he will come to Chicago soon so he can tune my car
