After I started my car up this year it started smoking and I figured it was from sitting but after a couple start ups it never went away and the smoking got a little worse as I brought RPM up. When I was doing a walk around while it was running I noticed oil leaking between the turbo and downpipe seeping onto the manifold. Now before I mail my turbo to get rebuilt would that be the turbo seal or could it be a valve or ring?
The carbon is where the oil was and it's still a little damp where the DP touched the turbo.
EDIT: It doesn't smoke immediately upon start up but does a little bit after.
