broken turbos???

what to do with a broken turbo????

I have 1 that blows oil... LOTS,

And one that worked good, but has in/out shaft play... a good amount, so it probably wouldn't last too long.

Both are Stockers.

Are these things worthless, anybody take them as cores, etc?? Or do I just turn them in to lawn art:tongue:

As long as the blades are ok, they could be rebuilt and make a good spare to have on hand. Or post them for sale in the appropriate forum, because they are good to use as a core.

I'm out of the game for a few years... no room to work, not until I move to MI next year, and then get settled in.

I put a Buick 350 in it's place for a reliable driver for now... and when I get back into it, I'll just get a twins kit for that

So I won't need cores.

Kirbans still takes them, I found out. I'm going to send them there.

LOL... Kirbans will buy them, rebuild them, and sell them. I think they said $75 each if they're rebuildable.
