Hi everyone. Today my brake light came on for a little bit then went out. So I checked the fluid? The right side was full, but the left side was bone dry. If I didn't take the cover off, I would have thought it was full by looking threw the clear plastic. I don't see any leaks? The master cylinder is original. Were should I be looking? Thank you.

At autozone for a vacuum conversion. Then the junkyard for a vacuum pedal.

if youve lost fluid from the pump side of reservoir the pump has to be leaking
note pump side of reservoir should be checked key off depress pedal 10 times and then see where the fluid level is at , after you remove the lid youll see theres a gauge for the fill level in the rear corner of the reservoir

Note: those fill gauges are for the system de-pressurized.

If you want to keep the car original let me know. I have some NOS powermaster parts to sell.
