does the 87 gn still use the map sensor on the passenger fender for the boost gauge with a digital cluster, or is there another sensor,?

Thanks for that link but let help me get this straight, that 2 wire Hobbs sensor works the led boost gauge and the green turbo lites on the side of the dash? Thanks again for your help

The digital dash has no led boost gauge. Just the two boost lights, and they are driven by the two wire hobbs switch.
On an analog dash, the led boost gauge is driven by the three wire 2 bar MAP sensor.

What you're seeing on my car is a 3 bar MAP to run my speed density setup, and the 2 wire hobbs switch to run the boost lights on my digital dash.

Thanks I am a newbie. I have owned this car
For a total of 3 days and all this time I thought there was an led boost gauge that wasn't working, duh I feel pretty stupid. But thanks souch

I just connected my boost lights back on after many years of them off, not sure why I ever disconnected them.
