boost drops to 10 psi dont know why...

For some reason the boost stops at 10 psi and it stays there even if i adjust my wastegate. normally at my default waste gate setting boost is normally 17 for some weird reason it dropped and stayed at 10 i cant even adjust it. Any body have any suggestions?

your wastegate may be cocked or binding staying slightly open

I had a stock waste gate selnoid do that to me once, it was broken and would not let air pass thru and just kept the WG open. But you may have a different set up?

I unhooked the hose the the compressor side and took the car out and it identified the problem, but be carefull not to over boost as you will have no boost control when testing like this.

Pull off your MAF hose/pipe and inspect the impeller blades......... make sure nothing went through there.
