Another which turbo should I buy thread. I have been scanning post for over a week and have narrowed down to the jb billet 6765 or 6768 turbo. Still not sold on the BB turbos yet.

Mostly street car, but will race occasionally, looking for low 10's or 9.90's street car, full weight just front sway bar removed and light weight wheels.

I'm looking to buy a new turbo this week, my current Limit 70 p-trim turbo may need a rebuild, so instead of paying $900 for a rebuild it's time for an upgrade.

Current setup:
4.1 Strocked forged crank
Champion Aluminum heads
XR2 cam 210/215
80# inj high imp
LS1 maf w/ trans
FMIC
TH 3" DP internal wg
Razor alky control, single nozzle
tt 110 race chip, but will be getting power logger w/ new 6.1 chip
3400 stall
Built tranny w/ trans brake
Spohn big rear sway bar and LCA
295/55 DR

If thats a production block id just order a 6266 jb. It will make more than enough power (800-820hp) to break the block and spool faster than the 6765 or 6768. You many need to change converters if yours isnt capable of coupling the power the 6266 will make. It will hit really hard between 5000 and 5600 with that cam on your engine.

Thanks for the reply bison, I have been recently reading many of your posts. The previous owner did blow the original engine on this car. Broke stock crank running 30# boost. I will check with the engine builder on the block specs. Just want a fast street/strip car.

109 Block with Full throttle stroker kit. After contacting hartline probably just going with jb 6766.
