Where is the best place to get the vacuum for an A-pillar boost gage. My car didn't have a MAP sensor on it when I started on it. I don't plan on using it now. So where did the Map hook up on a stock car. I notice right now there is an unused line that is capped off on the passenger side of motor that points toward the fire wall.

Also is there any difference in vacuum at the various points that it comes off of the block on the throttle body. As in would it be quicker to register boost at one port that at the other. It seems to me that some boost could be bypassing at the PCV. I can blow thru it going towards the crankcase. And this is a new valve.

Right at the back of your motor on the passenger side there should be a small T fitting with a small black tubing coming from your MAP sensor, tap into it there.
