I am killing time waiting for all my parts and catalogs to come in. What is the biggest improvement that you guys have made for a 100 dollar bill?

Is there a cure for this madness? I am afraid to add up the cost of all the parts/books and tuning aids that i ordered last week. It is to easy to shop with plastic on the net.

What he said. Test pipe used <$40, homemade wastegate actuator <$5, race gas and woohooo! But you gotta do the prereq's for security(boost gauge, scan tool).

really good way to spend $100...

a few months or so of an internet connection and a membership to Turbobuick.com

:D

A lot of the knowledge you can gain here is more than worth it!!
</sucking up>

Besides that, there are lots of good things to spend that on...
-exhaust dump
-power plate
-hotwire kit
-bigger fuel pump
-chip
It really depends on your state of tune, and what you have already. Some mods make better buys at different stages.

#1 get a fuel pump $79.00
#2 home made hotwire kit $5.00
#3 homemade boost controller $5.00
#4 gut the convertor. Free
#5 thrasher chip $10.00 used

and a dallor to spare you should be able to pull a 12.9 -12.8 with that on a stock car.
