Balancer hub

Removed the intercooler fan to access bottom bolts on the water pump, on front of the balancer hub are 6 bolts, 3 seem to hold a retainer that the fan bolts to. Do I have to remove the hub to re-install the fan, or does the retainer pry off seperate from the hub.

The fan mount comes off the hub after you remove the 3 bolts. It is tight and you have to pry on it some.
