I have a tr equipped with a FAST system here, just trying to install the B&M lockup controller.
I ordered the one setup for an electronic speedo without giving it much though. When I went to look at the wiring diagram tonight I ran into a few questions.
The controller is looking for a 40pulse/mile analog signal from what I can gather. It looks to me that the stock buffer gives out a 2000 pulse/mile digital signal. I'm thinking that isn't going to work for me.
The input to the buffer looks like a digital signal also.
What is everyone else using? The cable speedo version?
Guess I shoulda put more thought into what I needed before it was ordered.
