ATS reading

It all depends on your configuration. Is your K&N in the engine bay/behind the headlight? Where's the ATS...same thing.. When I had the K&N in the bay with the ats in the stock location I could easily see 125 degrees stopped at a light on a 85 degree day. When I had the K&N behind the headlight and when the ats was out there too I usually saw about 5-10 degrees above the outside temp.

I now have my ats installed in the upper plenum so I can monitor charge air temp in the intake. On a 65 degree day and driving at 45 mph for a while, the ATS was reading 92 degrees....good'ole stock location IC heating up the air
