Lol...going 220ish on new cam No lifters it was in a built forged short block I recently purchased... previous owner sold the lifters before I picked it up.

How is this cam for valve train noise.

Like any other roller cam I would expect it to be pretty quiet compared to a flat tappet can. I have not personally run this cam. It was in a built short block I recently purchased from a board member. It was just too mild for my plans. There are several threads on this cam maybe one of the users can answer your questions.

Depends on what lifters you use....

ITs a excellent Cam for a street car and mild build .. wouldn't hesitate to use this cam in any 10-11 second car ..
ITs been in the 9's great cam
